This hotel offers a blend of convenience and discomfort. While the affordable rates and breakfast options were commendable, cleanliness left much to be desired, with several reviews mentioning dirty carpets and stained linens. Additionally, maintenance issues like faulty A/C and noise disturbances from neighboring rooms made for a less-than-ideal stay.

Friendly staff but cleanliness issues

The staff here were genuinely welcoming and accommodating, which made checking in and out a breeze. However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired. we found the floors uneven and the furnishings showed signs of wear and tear. Additionally, the noise level was a bit disruptive, making it hard to relax. Improvements in room maintenance and cleanliness would greatly enhance the experience.

Unique towel folding presentation

Our family, including my niece, loved the unique presentation of towels in our room, which showed effort in details. The cozy King Studio made it a comfortable base to explore the local stores and restaurants nearby.

In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom could use more space for kids' bath essentials.

Breakfast options were generous, but the room carpet was stained and the bathroom could use some updates. Overall, okay for the price.

The thin walls allowed for constant noise from the hallway, making it hard to get a good night's sleep, especially with rowdy guests nearby. While the staff was friendly enough, the facility itself was clearly in need of updates, and our toilet didn’t flush properly during our stay. However, we did enjoy the homemade jams offered at breakfast.

I loved relaxing in the refreshing pool after a long drive, and grabbing a quick snack from the fridge in my room was super convenient! The breakfast spread was generous but I wish the coffee could be a bit stronger. Overall, this spot is a great budget-friendly choice, just keep an eye on parking space availability.

We had a fantastic stay at Guesthouse Inn & Suites Eugene/Springfield! The comfy beds were perfect after a long day, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals for the family. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The location was also great for accessing local attractions.

I loved how our room was just a few steps from great dining options and a short drive from the beautiful Skinner Butte Park, making it easy to enjoy both tasty meals and scenic strolls during our stay.

The overall experience was decent and had some

notable highlights, like the complimentary breakfast and friendly staff. However, the room showed signs of wear, and the beds were a bit squeaky. I appreciated the spaciousness, but the upkeep could use improvement.

The pool was refreshing on a hot day, and I loved the fridge and microwave in the room! A perfect combo for a quick snack and chill!
